    1. The terms "we" and "us" in the terms and conditions refer to Christopher Hakulinen and collaborating partners.
    2. The company is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
    3. The company registration number is 891218-5074.
    4. If you wish to contact us, please send an email to [email protected] with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.
    5. Christopher Hakulinen is the copyright holder of all artworks displayed and sold in the store.

  2. Order
    1. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the information regarding the products, price, billing and delivery address.
    2. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].
    3. We reserve the right to refuse an order without providing a reason.
    4. I only take orders from customers in Sweden
  3. Delivery
    1. Packages are shipped with PostNord, which usually takes 2-3 business days.
    2. The production time is typically 1-2 business days, depending on the product and order volume at the printing company.
    3. The printing company, Crimson, is a third party. Christopher Hakulinen is not responsible for any issues with the printing company.
    4. The usual time for the customer to receive their placed order is 2-5 business days. The delivery time refers to deliveries within Sweden.
    5. If there are any delays in the delivery (without prior notice of extended delivery time), please contact us at the email address: [email protected].
    6. I only ship to costumers in Sweden.
  4. Prices and Payment Methods
    1. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and errors in prices caused by incorrect information. 
    2. The current price list supersedes all previous ones.
    3. Our payment methods include  Klarna. This allows for direct payment (e.g., with Visa or Mastercard), invoice payment, or installment payment.
  5. Right of Withdrawal
    1. When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 30-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the moment you receive an ordered item.
    2. When exercising your right of withdrawal:You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. The notification should be sent to us at [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the items for which the return applies.
      1. You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 10 days after the withdrawal notification.
      2. You are responsible for the return shipping, the cost of the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be securely packaged and preferably in their original packaging.
      3. Inform Klarna that you are making a return.
      4. Regarding the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the item's value in case of use or damaged products.
      5. For returns or exchanges, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after I have received and approved your return.

    3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
      1. Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch based on your requests. Regular products that are available for purchase in the store are not custom-made in this way.Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.

  1. Complaints and Claims
    1. If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the issue at no cost.
    2. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
    3. The complaint should be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered.
    4. Any faults or defects should always be reported to [email protected], where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
    5. If we are unable to rectify the problem or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. 
    6. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
    7. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it is found that the item is not faulty according to applicable consumer protection laws. 
    8. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden). Please refer to arn.se for more information.
  1. Limitation of liability:
    1. We do not assume any responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
    2. We accept no liability for delays/errors caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). 
    3. These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.
    4. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.
  2. Product Information
    1. We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website, as well as the possibility of products being sold out. 
    2. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products, as slight color variations may occur depending on visitors' and customers' monitors. 
    3. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
    4. The products are produced by a subcontractor after an order is placed and accepted. 
    5. Different products have different production times. 
    6. Once the product is produced, it is then delivered to the customer. Production is typically completed within 1-5 working days, depending on the order backlog with the subcontractor.

    1. According to the law on electronic information, visitors to a website must be provided with information about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. 
    2. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing activities.

We value your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or disclose your information to third parties without a legal basis.
  • We are responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us to manage your order and, in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to tailor marketing to your individual needs.
  • The following information is a summary of how we, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your data.
  • 10.1 What is personal data?
    A personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a physical person.
  • 10.2 What information do we store??
    In order to process your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
  • Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your information, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation, such as the accounting law.
  • 10.3 Legal ground
    In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns, and similar communications occur with your consent.
  • 10.4 Which information is shared and for what purpose??
    10.4.1 Payment Provider 
  • During the execution of a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The stored information includes first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also stored with the payment provider. This information is saved to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
    The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna.
  • 10.4.2 Shipping
    In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes first name, last name, and delivery address details. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes.
    The shipping company we collaborate with is Postnord.
  • 10.4.3 Newsletter
    If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is done to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes
    We currently do not use any specific newsletter provider for sending out newsletters.
  • 10.4.4 Subcontractor/Printing Company

  • When visiting the website, the visitor is presented with a question about which cookies the website is allowed to place in the browser. The purposes of the various cookies are also presented.

  • We use cookies to gather and process anonymized data and statistics of the website's visitors. The data collected for this purpose includes, among other things, IP address and the web browser used. In connection with this, a cookie is placed in the visitor's browser. This is done to analyze and understand how visitors use the site with the aim of developing and improving it, as well as our services and products.
  • The systems used for statistics and analysis is Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel

    You have the right to receive an extract of all information we have about you. The extract is delivered electronically in a readable format.

    You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or to supplement information that is incomplete

    You can at any time request the data concerning you to be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as when it needs to be retained to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to accounting laws).

    Christopher Hakulinen is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.
  • 10.9 How we protect your personal data
    On the website, we utilize industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process, and communicate sensitive information, such as personal data and passwords.
    We use a Swedish e-commerce platform, Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB based in Helsingborg. We also use Google Workspace to manage email communication with customers.
  1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
  1. Dispute and Choice of Law
  • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for online dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • In the event of a dispute, we adhere to decisions from ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution organization
  • Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
