Return Policy

14-Day Return Period
I offer a 14-day return policy from the date the order is received or picked up by the customer, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

When exercising the right of return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Return an order

Fill in the form at https://hakulinenphotography.com/returns.

Inform Klarna through their app that you are making a return.

Include a copy of the invoice or order number with your return to help link the returned item to the item in your order.

Package the item securely. Reuse the original packaging or box if possible. Ensure the return is well-sealed and protected. Note that you are responsible for ensuring the returned item(s) arrive in acceptable condition.

You may use any shipping provider (e.g., PostNord, Schenker, DHL).

Return Checklist

• Use protective packaging, such as corrugated cardboard or bubble plastic. The original packaging should suffice.
• Do not use plastic bags, paper bags, or similar insufficient materials.
• Remove or cover the original shipping label with the new shipping label.
• Seal the package securely with tape.
• Keep the receipt/shipping confirmation provided by the shipping service.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange one or more products, return the item(s) to me and place a new order for the desired product. The returned item(s) will be processed as a standard return.

Refunds
For returns or exchanges, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after I have received and approved your return.

Claims
For damages during shipping, incorrect deliveries, or defective products, contact me via email within 5 days of receiving or picking up your order. Save all materials/packaging while the claim is being processed.
